CrossFit is a tried and proven methodology for achieving results in your overall health and fitness. Its training model is based on sound, scientific principles that will set you up for long term success. Because it's roots are in "functional fitness" and "performance", everyone can benefit, regardless of whether your personal goals are to lose weight, live healthier or to maximize athletic performance. There is also an organic accountability built into our community that will keep you committed and excited about making the powerful changes for a better life.
What if I don't have any previous fitness experience?
No problem at all, we actually expect that. We have an excellent team that is ready and eager to guide you through a one on one intro. Our Fitness Foundations program (the next step) will also provide you with all the knowledge you need to start your CrossFit integration, safely and confidently.
I don't think I'm fit enough to start CrossFit.
CrossFit is how you get fit. You don't need to have a certain "capacity" to start, you just need to start. All the workouts can be fully customized to your current ability and our coaches will guide you through progressions as you are ready.
What do I wear?
Any kind of athletic clothing that will allow you good range of motion and general athletic training shoes.
