Fitness Foundations 

 

Fitness Foundations serves as the building block to integrate you into CrossFit safely and successfully, while providing us with the opportunity to learn more about you and your goals.

 

Through five private one-on-one sessions, you will gain a better understanding of proper movement mechanics and increased confidence to begin group classes. Although mandatory for those lacking previous CrossFit experience, Fitness Foundations is not limited to just beginners. Refining the basics has advantages for even the most skilled athletes and is highly recommended.
