All classes can be customized to any fitness level and are capped at 12-16 people so that everyone receives an ample amount of individual coaching. Members receive access to a mobile app and online website to reserve class times and view the daily workout! We highly encourage everyone to show up 10-15 minutes early for class, ready to improve!

Every class allows you to modify as needed for your level of CrossFit, whether you are completely new to the gym or have been with us since day one! You will learn all of the fundamental movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workouts.
